We also believe one-on-one support is the key to achieving your health and wellness goals. With regular calls with Registered Dietitians and Health Coaches, 24/7 access to an all-inclusive app, a private online community and more, you’re guaranteed to feel supported every step of the way.

The cost of a Miyagi program varies between $70-$90 a week, depending on the level of support you need.

Entry into the Miyagi program is by invitation only, and acceptance into the program requires you first schedule a discovery call with one of our expert consultants to discuss your health goals and for us to assess your suitability. By the end of the call, if we feel we can help and you qualify, we’ll take you through all the investment options available.

Yes, we currently offer flexibility with appointments ranging from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday – Friday. If you are interested in after-hour calls, please discuss this with one of our friendly consultants.

Yes. As our programs are led by Registered Dietitians, you can claim your private health fund – depending on your level of coverage. Once you join the program, you can elect to receive weekly invoices to claim back from your health fund.
